WHAT’S THE WAIT TIME FOR ORDERED PRODUCTS?

Typical time is within 1 week after order processing. During peak periods that time may be slightly extended, however, the maximum wait time is 2 weeks, If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us via email: info@haircraq.com. Be sure to include your Name, Order Number, and the recipient's address. Inhale, Exhale, We will do right by you.

CAN YOU GIVE MORE INFO ON YOUR SITE SECURITY & PAYMENT OPTIONS?

The Hair CraQ site is an SSL Secured Site. You can purchase your products safely via Square or PayPal. For more info, view our Site Policies.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final and product returns are not allowed for sanitary reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order we'll make it right. The purchaser must notify Hair CraQ via email at info@haircraq.com within 3 business days of receiving package. The email Subject Line must be labeled "Product Issue” and the “Order #" must also be included (example: Product Issue – Order # 01234). In the body of the email, be sure to include your Name, Order Number, clear explanation of issue, and Clear Photographs displaying the issue with product must be attached. Currently, we ship only within the USA. Subscribe to get notified when additional countries are included.

CAN I ORDER WHOLESALE?

Yes. Fill out form on Contact page with requested order size. Keep in mind that the Minimum Order Quantity is 1/2 a Dozen of any 1 item. A team member will contact you to complete your wholesale order.
